The authors show the model of branching Brownian motions. They determine the long time behavior and the exact order of the tail probability for the maximal displacement of a branching Brownian motion in Euclidean space in terms of the principal eigenvalue of the associated Schrödinger type operator. The long time asymptotic properties of Feynman-Kac semigroups are derived. The subsequent sections are devoted to the proofs of the results presented in the paper.
