    Let \(\tilde d_H(A,B)\) denote the Hausdorff distance of two sets \(A\) and \(B\) in a metric space. For two domains \(\Omega_1\) and \(\Omega_2\) in \(\mathbb C^n\) let \(d(\Omega_1,\Omega_2)= \max \big\{ \tilde d_H (\Omega_1, \Omega_2), \tilde d_H (\Omega_1^c, \Omega_2^c)\big\}\). Let \(\Omega\) be a smooth bounded pseudoconvex domain in \(\mathbb C^n\) and let \(\Box_{q,\Omega}\) denote the \(\bar \partial\)-Neumann Laplacian on \(L^2_{(0,q)}(\Omega )\) and let \(Q_{q,\Omega}\) denote its associated quadratic form. Use \(\lambda_k^q(\Omega)\) to denote the kth-variational eigenvalue of \(\Box_{q,\Omega}.\) A family of smoothly bounded pseudoconvex domains \(\Omega_j\) in \(\mathbb C^n\) with defining functions \(\rho_j\) is said to be of uniform finite \(D_q\)-type if there exist constants \(\alpha >0\), \(\delta_0 >0\), \(C>0\) such for any \(0< \delta <\delta_0\), there exists a smooth plurisubharmonic function \(\lambda_\delta \) on \(\bar \Omega_j\) with \(|\lambda_\delta | <1\) and with complex Hessian \(H_q(\lambda_\delta )(f) \ge C |f|^2 / \delta^{2\alpha}\) for all \(f\in {\text{Dom}}(Q_{q,\Omega_j})\) on \(A_\delta =\{ z\in \Omega_j : {\text{dist}}(z, d\Omega_j )< \delta \}\) and the \(\mathcal C^\infty\)-norm of \(\rho_j\) is uniformly bounded. The main result of the paper states that for a smooth bounded pseudoconvex domain \(\Omega\) of finite \(D_q\)-type and for a family \((\Omega_j)_j\) of smooth bounded pseudoconvex domains of uniform finite \(D_q\)-type (\(1 \le q \le n-1\)) and for a positive integer \(k\) there exist constants \(\delta>0\) and \(C_k > 0\) such that \(| \lambda_k^q(\Omega_j)-\lambda_k^q(\Omega)| \le C_k \delta_j\), provided \(\delta_j = d_H(\Omega, \Omega_j)< \delta\). In addition the authors prove further results on convergence of the \(\bar \partial\)-Neumann Laplacian in resolvent sense.
