    Let \(\mathcal{K}\) be a countable index set, \(\Lambda\subset \mathbb R^m\) a discrete subset. A collection \(\{g_k(x-\lambda):k\in \mathcal{K}, \lambda\in \Lambda\}\subset L^2(\mathbb R^m)\) is a normalized tight frame for \( L^2(\mathbb R^m)\) if \[ \sum\limits_{k\in \mathcal{K}}\sum\limits_{\lambda\in \Lambda}|\langle f,g_k(x-\lambda)\rangle|^2=\|f\|_2^2 \] for every \(f\in L^2(\mathbb R^m)\). Let \( \Gamma\) be a lattice in \(\mathbb R^m \mathbb R\) oriented in such a way, that the orthogonal projections \(p_1\) on \(\mathbb R^m\) and \(p_2\) on \(\mathbb R\) restricted to \(\Gamma\) are injective and the image of \(\Gamma\) under \(p_1\) and \(p_2\) is a dense subgroup of \(\mathbb R^m\) and \(\mathbb R\), respectively. For the dual lattice of \(\Gamma\), denoted by \(\Gamma^*\), \(p_1^*\) and \(p_2^*\) are defined as \(p_1, p_2\). Let \(\Omega \subset \mathbb R\) be compact and equal to the closure of its interior, \[ \Lambda (\Omega)=\{\lambda=p_1(\gamma):\gamma\in \Gamma, p_2(\gamma)\in\Omega\}\subset \mathbb R^m \] a simple generic model set, \(\Omega\) symmetric around the origin and \(g_k\in W(L^2,\ell^1)\) for every \(k\in \mathcal{K}\). Here \(W(L^2,\ell^1)\) is Wiener amalgam space. In this article necessary and sufficient conditions are obtained under which the collection \(\{g_k(x-\lambda):k\in \mathcal{K}, \lambda\in \Lambda(\Omega)\}\) is normalized tight frame for \(L^2(\mathbb R^m)\).
