The paper is written for graduate students and researchers in the field of complex and hypercomplex analysis, including quaternionic analysis. It treats in the Clifford algebras \(\mathrm{Cl}(0,2)\) (isomorphic to quaternions) and \(\mathrm{Cl}(0,3)\) the case where the Dirac vector derivative is expressed in an arbitrary orthonormal basis \(\Psi\) for \(\mathbb{R}^{0,2}\), respectively for \(\mathbb{R}^{0,3}\), different from the standard orthonormal vector basis \(E\). The notion of inframonogenic in Clifford analysis means that applying the Dirac vector operator from the left and from the right to an inframonogenic function results in zero. When the left and the right Dirac vector operators are expressed in two different non-standard bases \(\Psi\) and \(\Phi\), the notion is generalized to \((\Psi,\Phi)\)-inframonogenic. The paper shows by explicit construction that the \((\Psi,\Phi)\)-inframonogenic equation is isomorphic to the standard inframonogenic equation, where in the latter the left and right Dirac vector operators are both expressed in the standard orthonormal vector basis \(E\). The same result applies when the left side of the \((\Psi,\Phi)\)-inframonogenic equation is linearly combined with a second term, consisting of a multiple of the Laplacian operator applied to the same function, which represents a generalization of the Lame-Navier system in elasticity theory. This equation is then also isomorphic to the version using the standard Dirac vector operator on both sides of the function. The work ends with an explicit example.
