Let \(M\), \(m\) and \(\rho\) be positive integers such that \(m\geq 2\) and \((m+1)\rho >\varphi(M)m\), where \(\varphi(x)\) is the Euler function. Then the author claims that for any integers \(h_1,\dots ,h_m\) that are not all zeros and any positive integer \(\zeta\) there exist infinitely prime numbers \(p\) from the set \(P(A_1,\dots ,A_p)\) such that in the field \(\mathbb Q_p\) we have \(| \sum_{k=0}^m h_kf_k(\zeta)|_p>0\). Similarly he claims that \(| \sum_{k=0}^m h_kf_k(X)|_p>0\) with different choice of primes \(p\). Here \(X=\sum_{i=0}^\infty u_i\lambda_i\) and for all \(i\) the numbers \(u_i\) are positive integers such that \(u_i\leq \lambda_i\), \(f_0(z)=\sum_{n=0}^\infty \prod_{j=1}^m(\alpha_j)_nz^n\), for all \(i=1,\dots ,m-1\) we have \(f_i(z)=\sum_{n=0}^\infty \prod_{j=1}^{i}(\alpha_j+1)_n \prod_{j=i+1}^{m}(\alpha_j)_nz^n\), \(f_m(z)=\sum_{n=0}^\infty \prod_{j=1}^m(\alpha_j+1)_nz^n\), for all \(i=1,\dots ,m\) we have \(\alpha_i=\sum_{n=0}^\infty u_{i,n}\lambda_n\), for all \(i=1,\dots ,m\) and \(n\geq 1\) let \( u_{i,n}\) be non-negative integers such that \( u_{i,n}\leq \lambda_n\), for all \(i=1,\dots ,m\), let \( u_{i,0}\) be positive integers, let \((\lambda_n)_{n\geq 0}\) be the sequence with the special properties, let \(P(A_1,\dots ,A_p)\) be the set of prime numbers contained in the union of the sets \(A_1,\dots A_\rho\), let \(A_1,\dots ,A_\rho\) be the sets of positive integer values taken by the progressions \(a_i+Mk\) with \(i=1,\dots ,\rho\) and \(k\in\mathbb Z\), let \(a_1,\dots ,a_\rho\) be \(\rho\) distinct elements from the set of prime numbers which belong to the union of arithmetic progressions with the common difference equal to \(M\) and with the first terms forming a reduced systems of residues \(\bmod (M)\).
