Fuzzy adaptive asymptotic tracking of fractional order nonlinear systems with uncertain disturbances (Q2090442)

In the paper under consideration fractional order nonlinear systems (FONSs) with time-varying disturbance are investigated. The authors develop an adaptive tracking scheme for unknown virtual control coefficients. A key feature of the proposed adaptive control scheme is that the tracking error converges to zero asymptotically even in the presence of unknown nonlinear functions. This is obtained by the construction of a Lyapunov function introducing the lower bound of the control coefficient, which is important to guarantee the stability of the controlled system. Numerical simulations are provided in order to illustrate the obtained theoretical results.
