The authors consider a class of flows introduced by \textit{C. Gutierrez} and \textit{J. Sotomayor} [Proc. Lond. Math. Soc. (3) 45, 97--112 (1982; Zbl 0504.58027)]. In this context, recently \textit{H. Montúfar} and \textit{K. A. de Rezende} [J. Singul. 22, 241--277 (2020; Zbl 1456.37024)] proved the existence of Lyapunov functions and then established necessary homological conditions via Conley index theory for Lyapunov semi-graphs of such flows. In this paper the inverse problem about realizability of abstract Lyapunov graphs is the object of interest. Local and global sufficient conditions are formulated for Lyapunov graphs labelled with simple singularities (regular, cone, Whitney, double and triple crossing).
