This paper is concerning some errors that appeared in [\textit{T.-H. Miura}, Adv. Differ. Equ. 25, No. 9--10, 457--626 (2020; Zbl 1468.35112)]. The first of them refers to the Lemma 1 of the cited paper. Here a Ladyzhenskaya's estimate of a function \(\eta\) from a Sobolev particular space is given, in terms of \(\nabla \eta\). This estimate fails when \(\eta\) is constant. Thus the author gives us a different correct and useful estimate. The second error refers to some properties of the Laplace-Beltrami operator on a \(C^2\) surface in \(R^3\), say \(\Gamma\). The point is the orthogonal projection of the Lebesgue space of the vectors tangent to \(\Gamma\) into a particular subspace. New complete proofs of Lemmas 6.15 and 6.18 from the cited paper are given, which avoid the previous errors. The new proofs are very useful and interesting for specialists in this field. The main tools are the Poincaré's inequality and the regularity theorem for Poisson's equation on \(\Gamma\) and also the Lax-Milgram theorem.
