The idea of associating graphs to various algebraic structures was initiated by \textit{I. Beck} [J. Algebra 116, No. 1, 208--226 (1988; Zbl 0654.13001)] who introduced the zero-divisor graph of a commutative ring. In the last 3 decades there have been several papers on this subject. In the paper under review, the author studies a similar graph, which is called the homogeneous co-maximal graph, assigned to a ring with unity, not necessarily commutative, and graded in the special sense.
