In this paper, based on the fractional anisotropic diffusion equation, a new method for calculating the coefficients of adaptive fidelity terms is proposed. The proposed method is based on the relationship between image gradient and diffusion function. Additionally, it is proved that the proposed fractional fidelity term does not change the existence and uniqueness of the global optimal solution of the original model. From the performed experiments it follows that the addition of the adaptive fidelity term effectively suppresses the staircase effect and the aliasing effect, better reconstructs the edge and texture detail information of the image and makes the reconstructed image more clear and natural. And in the case of serious noise, the reconstruction algorithm effectively suppresses the noise and has a strong denoising ability. Besides, by introducing the washout filter to act as the control term of the fractional anisotropic diffusion system, the stability of the system is improved and the convergence speed of the system is accelerated.
