This paper considered a numerical framework that can be used to provide some clue as how to interpret the role played by numerical and symbolical controllability coefficients. The framework does not require computing such coefficients which is admittedly difficult for larger systems. The main differences of this paper to the existing literatures is the proposition of a numerical framework that permits the validation and therefore the interpretation of computed coefficients. The topic is interesting and the paper is well organized. The proposed results confirms how controllability is difficult to interpret in practice without any consideration for observability.
