A locally affine Lie algebra is an infinite-rank analog of an affine Lie algebra. More precisely, a locally affine Lie algebra is a tame locally extended affine Lie algebra of rank \(1\). The paper classifies locally affine Lie algebras and gives a condition for a minimal locally affine Lie algebra to be isomorphic to a standard minimal locally affine Lie algebra containing the so-called degree derivation.
