In Poisson Geometry, there is a well known Weinstein splitting theorem: any Poisson manifold is locally, near any given point, a product of a symplectic manifold with another Poisson manifold whose Poisson structure vanishes at the point. See [\textit{A. Weinstein}, J. Differ. Geom. 18, 523--557 (1983; Zbl 0524.58011)] for more information. In this paper, the author showed the existence of such splitting theorem for holomorphic Poisson structures on compact Kaehler manifolds. The main results are the following Theorems. \textbf{Theorem 1.1 } Let \((X, \pi)\) be a compact Kaehler Poisson manifold, and suppose that \({L} \subset {X}\) is a compact symplectic leaf whose fundamental group is finite. Then there exist a compact Kaehler Poisson manifold \(Y\) and a finite etale Poisson morphism \(\tilde{L} \times Y \rightarrow X\), where \(\tilde{L}\) is the universal cover of \({L}\). \textbf{Theorem 1.2} Let \((X, \pi)\) be compact Kaehler Poisson manifold and suppose that \(i: {L} \hookrightarrow {X}\) is the inclusion of a compact symplectic leaf. Then the holomorphic symplectic form on \(L\) extends to a global closed holomorphic two-form \(\sigma \in H^0\left(X, \Omega_X^2\right)\) of constant rank such that the composition \(\theta:=\pi^{\sharp} \sigma^b \in \mathcal{E} n d\left(\mathcal{T}_{\mathbf{X}}\right)\) is idempotent, ie \(\theta^2=\theta\). \textbf{Theorem 1.4} Suppose that \(X\) is a compact Kaehler manifold equipped with a splitting \(\mathcal{T}_{{X}}=\mathcal{F} \oplus \mathcal{G}\) of the tangent bundle into involutive subbundles. If \(\mathcal{F}\) has a compact leaf \(L\) with finite holonomy group, then the splitting of \(\mathcal{T}_{{X}}\) is induced by a splitting of the universal cover of \(X\) as a product of manifolds. If, in addition, \(L\) has finite fundamental group and trivial canonical class, then the splitting of the universal cover is induced by a splitting of a finite etale cover. The paper contains four sections. The author reviewed Frejlich and Marcut's result for subcalibrations of Kaehler Poisson manifolds and give the proof of Theorem 1.2 in section 2. Then using the second author's global Reeb stability theorem for holomorphic foliations on compact Kaehler manifolds [\textit{J. V. Pereira}, Qual. Theory Dyn. Syst. 2, No. 2, 381--384 (2002; Zbl 1074.53019); \textit{F. Loray} et al., Invent. Math. 213, No. 3, 1327--1380 (2018; Zbl 1426.32014], the proof of Theorem 1.4 is given in section 3. Finally, the author proved Theorem 1.1 in Section 4.
