The author studies how to use tensorial connections in spinorial fields. A comparative analysis is performed and analogies between different space-time structures are investigated, with additional comments about Quantum Field Theory (QFT). The article begins with a brief review of the literature, followed by a concise but comprehensive introduction to different types of spinors and their polar representation. The tensorial connection is introduced as a naturally emerging concept. In Section 4 two examples are studied in detail -- both of them with zero curvature tensor and nontrivial tensorial connection. Next, the author discusses the role of non-trivial connections in QFT, with an emphasis on Majorana spinors and ELKO spinors, thus providing an interesting remark on the necessity of tensorial connections. The style of the exposition is rather informal, and calculations are explicit and easy to follow even for non-specialists without a solid background in theoretical physics.
