The main result of the present work is the following: Theorem. Let the map \(\varphi: [-1,+\infty)\times Q\to M\) for a symplectic manifold \((M,\omega)\) and a manifold \(Q\) be injective, proper and continuous such that \(\varphi|_{(-1,+\infty)\times Q}\) is immersive. If the equation \[ \varphi^{\ast}\omega\left(\frac{\partial}{\partial t}, \nu\right)=0 \] holds on the product \((-1,+\infty)\times Q\), then the manifolds \(M\) and \(M_0 = M\setminus\varphi ([0,\infty)\times Q)\) are symplectomorphic. Moreover, this symplectomorphism can be chosen to be the identity outside some selected neighborhood of \(\varphi([0,+\infty)\times Q)\). Here \(\frac{\partial}{\partial t}\) denotes the standard vector field on \(\mathbb{R}\) whose flow consists of translations, \(\nu\) is a vector field tangent to the product \((-1,\infty)\times Q\).
