The Katz-Sarnak density conjecture asserts that the \(n\)-level density of a family of \(L\)-function is only dependent on the symmetry group attached to the family, and converges to the \(n\)-level density of eigenvalues of a classical compact group. The goal of the present paper is to derive theoretical results for \(n\)-level densities and related statistics such as the \(n^{\mathrm{th}}\) centered moment, and then apply these to obtain some bounds for the order of vanishing of the cuspidal newforms \(L(s, f)\) of level \(N\) and weight \(k\) at the central point. These bounds depend obviousely on the choice of test function and thus a large amount of work is searching for the best choices. If we compare the obtained results with the classical known bounds for the \(1\)-level and \(2\)-level densities, we can see significant improvements.
