Almost all positive continuous linear functionals can be extended (Q2114861)

The author considers the set \(\mathcal{R}\) of positive continuous linear functionals a subspace \(E\) of an ordered topological vector space \(F\) which admit positive continuous extensions on the whole of \(E\). This set \(\mathcal{R}\) is shown to be weak*-dense in the poisitive cone of the dual of \(E\). This result cannot be translated to the general operator setting even in finite dimensions.
