The author proves that any complex values \(z_1,\ldots,z_n\) can be approximated by the shifts of the Riemann zeta function. More precisely, it is shown for any \(\varepsilon>0\), any distinct positive rational numbers \(d_1,\ldots,d_n\) and \(s\in\mathbb C\) with \(\Re(s)>1/2\) and \(\Im(s)>0\) that the set of all positive real \(\tau\) satisfying \[ \max_{1\le k\le n}|\log\zeta(s+id_k\tau)-z_k|<\varepsilon \] has a positive lower density.
