This a detailed technical paper on an application of the circle method. The main result is the existence of prime solutions \(x_i=p_i\) of the following system: \[ \sum_{j=1}^s u_j x_j^2 =0, \] \[ \sum_{j=1}^s v_j x_j^3 =0, \] where \(s \geq 12\), and \(u_i,v_j\) are fixed integers, provided that the system is locally solvable modulo any prime number \(p\). The author gives explicit sufficient conditions for local solvability. Moreover, one finds a Sage computer program to help treat the case of some small primes.
