\textit{G. Halász} and \textit{P. Turán} [Acta Math. Acad. Sci. Hung. 21, 403--419 (1970; Zbl 0217.31801)] were the first who proved unconditionally the Density Hypothesis for Riemann's zeta function in a fixed strip \(c_0 < \mathrm{Re} (s) < 1\). Their proof combined an ingenious idea of \textit{G. Halász} [Acta Math. Acad. Sci. Hung. 19, 365--403 (1968; Zbl 0165.05804)] which was first used by him in the investigations of mean values of general multiplicative functions, the second main theorem of Turán's power sum method, see Theorem 8.1 of \textit{P. Turán} [On a New Method of Analysis and its Applications, John Wiley, New York (1984; Zbl 0544.10045)], and the large sieve, see \textit{H. E. Richert} [Math. Ann. 169, 97--101 (1967; Zbl 0161.04802)]. They also showed that the Lindelöf Hypothesis implies a surprisingly strong bound on the number of zeros with \(\mathrm{Re}(s) \geq c_1 > 3/4\). \par In the present work the author uses an alternative approach to prove their result which does not use either Turán's power sum method or the large sieve. One of the main ingredients is a method of the author [Acta Arith. 42, 49--55 (1982; Zbl 0469.10019)], developed for investigation of the oscillations of the sum \(\sum_{n\leq x}\mu(n)\).
