The authors study nonsingular polynomial differential systems on the real plane. They solve a problem posed by \textit{C. Chicone} and \textit{J. Tian} [Am. Math. Mon. 89, 167--178 (1982; Zbl 0466.34011)] and prove their result by explicitly constructing nonsingular Hamiltonian systems of degree \(n\) presenting \(n\) Reeb components for any \(n\geq 4.\)
