The authors consider stochastically forced Navier-Stokes equations on 2D torus, and hyperdissipative 3D Navier-Stokes equations (with the term \(-\nu\Delta^2u_t\)) with the stochastic term \(Q\dot W_t\) where \(Q\) is a smoothing operator and \(W_t\) is a cylindrical Wiener process. The main result is the, so called, quenched (exponential) correlation decay which follows from the existence of a positive Lyapunov exponent for the stochastic flow of diffeomorphisms generated by a stochastic differential equation. A corollary of that is the \(H^{-s}\) decay of passively advected scalars by an incompressible velocity field \(u_t\) in the absence of dissipation and with no sources.
