This paper book covers Covid-19 epidemiology and virus infection dynamics from a nonlinear physics perspective. It is written from a high level based upon bio-mathematical modelling and nonlinear dynamics analysis. The book contains ten chapters with each chapter self-contained having separate references. In the Introduction chapter, the relevant virus dynamics and instabilities, phase transition and bifurcations are introduced. In Chapter 2, fundamental concepts regarding fixed points, attractors and repellors are introduced. The mathematical framework involves linear systems, amplitudes space and eigenspace. In Chapter 3, epidemiological models such as SIR model and SEIR models are discussed in line with the data observed in covid-19 epidemics. Chapter 4 covers SIR-type models for epidemic modelling considering with or without demographic terms. Chapter 5 covers SEIR-type models in covid epidemics focusing on the SEI order parameters and their applications. Chapter 6 studies higher-dimensional models and non-autonomous amplitude equation descriptions. Chapter 7 looks at model-based reproduction numbers with some data driven applications. Chapter 8 studies modeling interventions. Some three-state models and bifurcation scenarios are discussed. Chapter 9 moves to models of virus dynamics including TIV model, TV model and TIIV model. In the last chapter, unstable directions and order parameters in the above virus dynamical models have been discussed. An index of the terminology is provided at the end of the book.
