The paper is devoted to some metric properties of spaces and groups. The authors introduced some notion of uniformly bounded fibered coarse embbedable spaces and uniformly bounded a-T-amenable groups. A metric space \((S,d)\) is called \textsl{uniformly bounded fibered coarse embeddable in a Hilbert space} (Definition 3.1) if it is uniformly bounded coarse firbered embedable with a uniformly bound constant \(L\), an embedding of \(X\) in to a field of Hilbert spaces \(\{H_x\}_{x\in X}\), a cross section \(s: X \to \amalg H_x\), \(s(x) \in H_x\), a trivialization map \(t_C: (H_x)Z_{x\in C}\) over s set \(C\) of diameter \(r\), \(\max\{ ||t_C(x)||, ||t^{-1}_C(x)||\} \leq L\) and two continuous coarse nondecreasing functions \(\rho_\pm: [0,\infty) \to (-\infty,+\infty)\), \(\lim_{t\to\infty} \rho_\pm(t) = \infty\) , with the usual properties as for the coarse fibered embeddable spaces like: 1. \(\rho_-(d(x,y)) \leq ||t_C(x)(s(x))-t_C(y)(s(y))|| \leq \rho_+(d(x,y))\) for any \(x, y\) in a subset \(C\) of diameter less than \(r\), the restriction of \(t\) to \(C\) is uniformly bounded, and 2. For any two subsets \(C_1,C_2 \subseteq X \setminus K\), \(C_1\cap C_2 \ne \emptyset\) of diameter less than \(r\) there exists some isomorphism \(t_{C_1C_2}\) in \(H\) such that \(\max\{||t_{C_1C_2}, t_{C_1C_2}^{-1}|| \} < L\) and \(t_{C_1}(x)t_{C_2}^{-1} =t_{C_1C_2}, \forall x \in C_1 \cap C_2\). A group is called \textsl{uniformly bounded a-T-amenable} (Definition 2.2) if there exists a upper bound constant \(L\) of an affine action \(\alpha: \Gamma \to \mathrm{Affine}(H)\), \(||\alpha_\gamma || \leq L\) and the action is metrically proper. The main results of the paper are Theorems 4.8, 4.19 stating that a finitely generated group with an free and linearizable (affine) action on a compact metric space \(Y\) is uniformy bounded a-T-amenability if and only if the warping cone \(\mathcal O_\Gamma Y=([1,\infty) \times Y, d)\) of \(Y\) with metric \(((t,y),(t',y')) : |t-t'| + \min\{t,t'\}.d_Y(y,y')\) and the warping action \(\gamma(t,y) := (t,\gamma y)\), is uniformly bounded fibered coarse embedding in to Hilbert space. Some examples to illustrate the differences between uniformly bounded fibred coarse embeddability and fibred coarse embeddability are given.
