This paper studies epidemic modelling analysis for Covid-19 under media awareness strategy. The paper proposes a stochastic epidemic model for Covid-19 transmission dynamics to describe the changing behavior of the epidemic diseases using a compartmental model. The model consists of four states including susceptible population, unquarantined infected population, quarantined population and confirmed infected population. On the basis of stochastic perturbation on the transmission dynamics, the existence and uniqueness of a global positive solution have been studied. The paper also discusses extinction and persistence in mean of this model. Some numerical simulations are performed to illustrate the effectiveness of the theoretical model.
