In the present paper the authors continue their study related to a function \(f\) from a Baire space into topological spaces \((Y,\tau_1)\) and \((Y,\tau_2)\). Section 1 presents the background to the study. In Section 2 the authors present the purpose of the paper namely, that the paper is interested in conditions on \(\tau_1\) and \(\tau_2\) that will make \((i)\) \(f\) generally continuous on \(X\) and \((ii)\) \(\tau_2\) be categorically related to \(\tau_1.\) In particular, the authors consider a map from a metric space \(X\) into \((Y,\tau_d)\) and into \((Y,\uparrow\tau)\), where \((Y,\leq)\) is a poset and \(\uparrow\tau\) is the upper topology on \(Y\); then it is shown that under specific conditions on \((Y,\leq)\), referred to as conditions (\(\beta\)), the following holds: ``\(f:X\rightarrow (Y,d)\) is generally continuous for \(f:X\rightarrow (Y,\tau_{d})\) continuous.'' This is the Main Theorem 1 in paper and Corollary 2.1 is obtained by replacing \(X\) by a regular Hausdorff space with a Baire metrizable dense \(G_{\delta}\)-subspace in the Main Theorem 1. The authors also introduce ``conditions \(\acute{\beta}\) on \((Y,\leq)\) and present the Main Theorem 2, namely that if \((Y,\leq)\) satisfies conditions ( \(\acute{\beta}\) ) then \(\tau_d\) is categorically related to \(\uparrow\tau_d.\)'' To strengthen the Main Theorems 1 and 2, the authors replace the poset \((Y,\leq)\) with a domain \((Y,\leq)\) equipped with a metric and with appropriate conditions. In continuing with the conditions of interest the authors apply their results to hyperspaces in Section 4 and to dynamical systems in Section 5. For instance in Section 4, Corollary 4.1 is on general continuity in the context of hyperspaces while Corollary 4.2 and 4.3 are about categorial relations for \(\tau_1\) and \(\tau_2\) albeit on hyperspaces. Finally in Section 6 which is the final section, the authors are presenting remarks and examples to contextualise and justify their results.
