A ``quadratic unitary'' Cayley graph is a circulant graph on the group \(\mathbb{Z}_n\) whose connection set consists of the quadratic units in the ring \(\mathbb{Z}_n\) together with their negatives. This paper determines all eigenvalues of such graphs. As an application, it determines the values of \(n\) for which this graph is strongly regular. In the case where \(n\) was an odd prime power, the eigenvalues had previously been determined.
