    A flock of a hyperbolic quadric \(H\) is a covering of \(H\) by a set of \(q+1\) mutually disjoint planes in \(\mathrm{PG}(3,q)\). The author generalizes the ideas of hyperbolic flocks and associated translation planes to the twisted hyperbolic case over arbitrary fields, as such he generalizes the notion of a hyperbolic flock to an \(\alpha\)-twisted hyperoblic flock in an arbitrary \(3\)-dimensional projective space over a field \(K\). An equivalence is given between a set of translation planes with spreads in \(\mathrm{PG}(3,K)\) that admit affine homology groups with the property that the axis and coaxis and one orbit is a twisted regulus. The authors focuses on three main questions about these objects. Additionally, numerous examples are given.
