    Linear nonhomogeneous \(\Psi\)-fractional delayed differential equations with noncommutative matrices are studied. \(\Psi\)-delay perturbation of Mittag-Leffler type matrix function with two parameters is defined and the integral presentation of the solution is given. The existence and uniqueness of solutions for a class of \(\Psi\)-fractional delayed semilinear differential equations by using Banach's fixed point theorem are studied. Also, sufficient conditions for Ulam-Hyers type stability are provided.
