The authors have found a previously unpublished manuscript deposited in the Harvard's Houghton Library in folders R 9, R 11, R 501 of 1901. They have reconstructed, transcribed and interpreted the manuscript which contains the two unusual symbols of Dragon-Head and Dragon-Tail; a notation not found in any other manuscript by Peirce. Using his `Dragon logic' Peirce outlined both a general theory of deduction and a general theory of consequence relation. The manuscript, undated and unpublished, contains a couple of further innovations which are described here for the first time in detail.
