Sequence space representations of many spaces of differentiable functions and distributions were given by \textit{M.~Valdivia} [Topics in locally convex spaces. Amsterdam-New York-Oxford: North-Holland Publishing Company (1982; Zbl 0489.46001)] and \textit{D.~Vogt} [Lect. Notes Pure Appl. Math. 83, 405--443 (1983; Zbl 0519.46044)]. These results use Pełczyński's decomposition method and, thus, can be shown for arbitrary open sets \(\Omega\). On the other hand, the method is non-constructive. In the present paper, which spezializes to the case \( \Omega = \mathbb R_+ \), all proofs are constructive. This construction is even commutative in the sense that the representations of the function spaces under investigation are all restrictions of the representation of \( C^\infty(\mathbb R_+) \). The basis is constructed starting from the Fourier transform of a band-limited smooth orthonormal wavelet. Representations of distribution spaces are then obtained via dualization. For functions on the entire line, commutativity was shown by \textit{C.~Bargetz} [Math. Nachr. 287, No.~1, 10--22 (2014; Zbl 1301.46007)]. His construction is based on Whitney functions instead of wavelets.
