Transitivity is a basic and important research topic in dynamical systems. In this paper, the author mainly studies the relationship between various types of transitivity in dynamical systems \((X, f)\) from the perspective of continuity of \(f\). \textit{C. Badea} et al. [Ergodic Theory Dyn. Syst. 30, No. 6, 1597--1606 (2010; Zbl 1206.47009)] found that if a bounded linear operator \(f\) on a separable Banach space is \(\epsilon\)-hypercyclic for every \(\epsilon >0\), then \(f\) must be hypercyclic (transitive). The aim of this paper is to extend this result in some general setting. Let \((X,f)\) be a quasi-continuous dynamical system, where \((X, d)\) is a perfect metric space and \(f^n\) is quasi-continuous for all \(n\in\mathbb{N}\). The author proves that if there exists a nonempty closed nowhere dense set \(F\) such that for any \(\epsilon >0\), \(f\) is \(\epsilon\)-transitive with respect on \(F\), then \(f\) is transitive.
