The main result of this paper reads as follows \textbf{Theorem}: Let \(F\) be a singular Riemannian foliation on \(M\), a simply connected symmetric space with nonnegative sectional curvature. Then, the dual foliation \(F^\#\) has complete leaves. This proves the conjecture by \textit{B. Wilking} [Geom. Funct. Anal. 17, No. 4, 1297--1320 (2007; Zbl 1139.53014)], in the particular case of symmetric spaces. (Recall that the dual foliation consists of the leaves \(L^\#_p\), \(p\in M\), built from all the points \(q\in M\) that can be connected to \(p\) by a geodesic perpendicular to \(F\).)
