The Laplace operator with the Neumann boundary condition is considered in a bounded domain \(\Omega\setminus K\) (\(K\) is a compact set of zero measure). It is assumed that \(K\subset B_{\varepsilon}\subset \Omega\) with \(B_{\varepsilon}\) a ball of radius \(\varepsilon\). It is proven that the spectrum of this Laplacian converges in the Hausdorff distance sense as \(\varepsilon \to 0\) to the spectrum of the Neumann Laplacian defined on the unperturbed domain \(\Omega\).
