Let \(K=\mathbb Q(\theta)\) be an algebraic number field with \(\theta\) a root of an irreducible trinomial \(f(x)=x^n-a x^m-b\) over \(\mathbb{Z}\). In this paper, the authors provide some conditions on \(a,b,m,n\) for which \(K\) is not monogenic. The proof is based upon Dedekind's theorem on splitting of primes. The technique used is the same as in the papers [\textit{H. Ben Yakkou} and \textit{L. El Fadil}, Int. J. Number Theory 17, No. 10, 2235--2242 (2021; Zbl 1483.11236)] and [\textit{L. El Fadil}, J. Number Theory 228, 375--389 (2021; Zbl 1479.11182)].
