The authors study a multidimensional singular integral of the following type \[ A_kf(x)=\lim\limits_{\varepsilon\to +0}\int\limits_{\mathbb R^n}\left\{K_{\varepsilon}(x-y)-\left(\sum\limits_{|\nu\leq k-1}\frac{x^{\nu}}{\nu !}D^{\nu}K(-y)X_{|t|>1}(y)\right)\right\}f(y)dy, \] where \(K_{\varepsilon}(x)\) is the \(\varepsilon\)-truncated Calderon-Zygmund kernel of \(K(x)\), and \(X_{|t|>1}\) is the characteristic function of the set \(\{t\in\mathbb R^n: |t|>\varepsilon\}\). For this purpose, they introduce new functional spaces \(HO^{k,\alpha}_{\varphi,\theta}\), which are a generalization of their previous considerations (see [\textit{R. M. Rzayev} and \textit{L. R. Aliyeva}, Trans. Natl. Acad. Sci. Azerb., Ser. Phys.-Tech. Math. Sci. 30, No. 1, Math. Mech., 167--176 (2010; Zbl 1226.46024)]), and they find sufficient conditions on \(\alpha\), \(k\), \(\theta\) under which the operator \(A_k\) is bounded in such spaces. Such spaces are a generalization of well-known \(BMO\)-spaces. Let \(\Psi\) be the class of all positive functions \(\varphi(t)\) monotonically increasing on \((0,+\infty)\) and such that \(\varphi (+0) = 0\). If \(\mu>0\) then \(Z_{\mu}\) denotes the collection of all functions \(\varphi\in\Psi\) such that \[ \delta^{\mu}\int\limits_{\delta}^{\infty}\frac{\varphi(t)}{t^{\mu+1}}dt=O(\varphi(\delta)),~~~\delta>0. \] The main result of the paper is the following. {Theorem.} Suppose that \(\alpha>0\), \(k\in\mathbb N\), \(k<\alpha+1\), \(1\leq\theta\leq\infty,\) and \(\varphi\in Z_{\mu}\). Then the operator \(A_k\) boundedly acts in the space \(HO^{k,\alpha}_{\varphi,\theta}\).
