Area computation for triangular area or perimeter bisecting deltoids (Q2142576)

The authors begin with well-motivated definitions of the area-bisecting deltoid of a convex polygon and the perimeter-bisecting deltoid of a convex polygon. Based on another paper by the authors [Beitr. Algebra Geom. 63, No. 1, 95--114 (2022; Zbl 1485.52002)], they give the complete classification of these two kinds of deltoids. The main results in the paper under review are two theorems for expressing the area of each area-bisecting deltoid as well as the area of each perimeter-bisecting deltoid.
