The author studies almost-minimizers of anisotropic surface energies defined by a Hölder continuous matrix of coefficients acting on the unit normal direction to the surface. The functional involved in this study has the following form, \[ \mathcal{F}_A(E;F):=\int_{F\cap\partial^* E} \left\langle A(x)\nu_E(x),\nu_E(x)\right\rangle\ d\mathcal{H}^{n-1}(x), \] where \(F\) is a generic Borel set and \(E\) denotes a set of locally finite perimeter in \(\mathbb R^n\). In this paper is proved that almost-minimizers of \(\mathcal{F}_A(E;F)\) are locally Hölder continuously differentiable, in the sense that the reduced boundary \(\partial^* E\) is a \(C^{1,\alpha}\)-hypersurface near the regular points, moreover a dimension estimates for the size of the singular set is given. One of the main tools to achieve this goal consist in the use of a suitable change of variables, formerly introduced in a paper by G. David, M. Engelstein, M. Smit Vega Garcia and T. Toro [\textit{G. David} et al., Math. Z. 299, No. 3--4, 2131--2169 (2021; Zbl 1478.35064)]. This change of variables allows to assume that \(A(x_0)=\mathrm{Id}\) around a fixed point \(x_0\) and the latter condition build a bridge between almost-minimizers of \(\mathcal{F}_A(E)\) and almost-minimizers of the perimeter for which the regularity is known. It is whort mentioning that in the paper is also proved an almost-monotonicity formula, that is used to prove the density lower bound for \(\partial^*E\), and is an useful formula that is interesting in itself.
