In this paper, through purely topological arguments, the authors extended some results for functions on \(\mathbb{R}^3\) of class \(C^{l}\) , \(l \geq 1\), and also for analytic maps defined o subanalytic sets in \(\mathbb{R}^3\). In both cases, it was shown that the topology of the corresponding Milnor fiber is the same for every suitable choice of neighborhood, in the same spirit of Lê-Teissier's results from the 80's. For that, elements such as: Link \(K\), graph \(\Gamma\) associated to \(K\), Conelike Function-Germs, the Topology of the Milnor Fiber Extended as well as Lateral and Fundamental System of Round Neighborhoods were explored. Specifically, the authors proved that the interior of the local Milnor fiber of \( \| f \|\) is homeomorphic to the complement of its link \(K_f\) in the corresponding sphere, in this very interesting way, they extended the result due to Milnor to non-analytic situations, i.e., describe the topology of the local Milnor fiber of a function \(f\) defined on a 3-dimensional subanalytic subset \(W \subset \mathbb{R}^3\), in terms of the embedded topological type of \(K_f\). In addition, examples and figures that are very pertinent to this context were produced
