In this paper, a nonlinear Langevin equation involving Caputo fractional derivatives of a function with respect to another function in a Banach space is discussed. In contrast to available literature, it is assumed that the source function has a singularity. First, by assuming the regularity condition on the solution to the problem, the problem is converted to a Volterra integral equation with a two parameter Mittag-Leffler function in the kernel. Then the existence and uniqueness of the mild solution of the problem is discussed by means of the obtained Volterra integral equation. Next results proves that the mild solution of the problem depends continuously on the inputs: initial data, fractional orders, appropriate function, and friction constant. A new Henry-Gronwall type inequality has also been established to prove the main results of the paper. At last, three examples are discussed to show the applicability of the proved results.
