The authors study a general relativistic spacetime with torse-forming vector field and construct an \(\eta\)-Ricci-Bourguignon soliton which is disclosed by the spacetime of general relativity with semi-symmetric energy-momentum tensor and obtain the nature of metrics, whose potential vector field is torse-forming. Next, they consider the case when the spacetime, which is \(\mathcal{W}_2\)-flat, pseudo-projectively flat and \(Q\)-flat in terms of \(\eta\)-Ricci-Bourguignon soliton. The Laplace equation from \(\eta\)-Ricci-Bourguignon soliton equation when the potential vector field of the soliton is of gradient type is investigated. Further, the nature of the scalar curvature when dust fluid, dark fluid and radiation era general relativistic spacetime admits an \(\eta\)-Ricci-Bourguignon soliton respectively are discussed. Finally, necessary and sufficient conditions for the 1-form \(\eta\), which is the \(g\)-dual of the vector field \(\xi\) on a general relativistic spacetime to be a solution for the Schrödinger-Ricci equation are obtained.
