The author considers the Cauchy problem for Schrödinger equations with Hamiltonians given by quadratic forms \(q\) having negative real part. The Weyl operators with symbols q are maximally accretive and generate a contraction semigroup, see [\textit{L. Hörmander}, Math. Z. 219, No. 3, 413--449 (1995; Zbl 0829.35150)]. The action of such propagators on the micro-singularities of the initial datum was studied recently by many authors in terms of the global wave front set of [\textit{L. Hörmander}, Lect. Notes Math. 1495, 118--160 (1991; Zbl 0761.35004)], re-considered under the name Gabor wave front in \textit{L. Rodino} and \textit{P. Wahlberg} [Monatsh. Math. 173, No. 4, 625--655 (2014; Zbl 1366.42030)]. In particular, a result of propagation can be expressed by using the so-called singular space \(S\) of \(q\) and the Hamiltonian flow associated to \(q\), see for example [\textit{K. Pravda-Starov}, Math. Ann. 372, No. 3--4, 1335--1382 (2018; Zbl 1405.35270)]. In this context, the author considers in the present paper the \(s\)-Gelfand-Shilov variant of the Gabor wave front set, extending to the limit case \(s=1/2\) the results of \textit{M. Cappiello} and \textit{R. Schulz} [Complex Var. Elliptic Equ. 61, No. 4, 538--561 (2016; Zbl 1339.35014)], \textit{E. Carypis} and \textit{P. Wahlberg} [J. Fourier Anal. Appl. 23, No. 3, 530--571 (2017; Zbl 1377.35228)]. The proof uses a new approach, based entirely on FBI techniques, see [\textit{J. Sjöstrand}, Astérisque 95, 1--166 (1982; Zbl 0524.35007)]. In particular, by a calculus of Fourier integral operators in the complex domain, the author obtains a sharp propagation identity for the 1/2 Gelfand-Shilov wave front of the initial datum. The result is interesting and surprising, since the preceding contributions for the Gabor wave front provided only an inclusion.
