    In this paper, the authors classify surfaces with zero Gaussian curvature (developable surfaces) defined as graphs of weighted-homogeneous functions, i. e. functions \(f:\mathbb{R}^2\to \mathbb{R}\) with weights \((a,b)\in \mathbb{R}^2\) and quasi-degree \(q\), where \(a^2 + b^2 = 0\) and \(q \in \mathbb{R}\), and the identity \(f(t^a x, t^b y) = t^q\,f(x, y)\) is satisfied for all \((x,y)\in\mathbb{R}^2_+\) and \(t > 0\). They apply the obtained result in economic analysis.
