Let \(K\) be a higher local field of dimension \(n\ge1\), let \(\mathcal{O}\) be the ring of integers of \(K\), and let \(\wp\) be the maximal ideal of \(\mathcal{O}\). Say that \(A\subset K\) is a convergence set if every power series in one variable with coefficients in \(A\) converges on \(\wp\). This paper gives necessary and sufficient conditions for \(A\subset K\) to be a convergence set. This criterion is used to give sufficient conditions for an infinite product of power series with coefficients in \(\mathcal{O}\) to converge on \(\wp\).
