The author answers an open question about the existence of non-flat uniform measures besides those supported on the Kowalski-Preiss cone by constructing an infinite family of 3-uniform measures in arbitrary codimension. In addition, the notion of distance symmetry for points is defined and it is proved that every collection of 2-spheres whose centers are distance symmetric gives rise to a 3-uniform measure. In this context, a combinatorial method is developed to systematically produce distance symmetric points. Finally, conical 3-uniform measures in \(\mathbb{R}^5\) are classified by showing that such measures arise from distance symmetric spheres.
