Studying left \(\phi\)-amenability, Arens regularity and weak compactness of operators is a very important part of Banach algebra theory. Starting with the work of Lau, Kaniuth and Pym and independently by Sangani Monfared, the theory of left \(\phi\)-amenable Banach algebras thrived. In fact for a non-zero multiplicative linear functional \(\phi\), a Banach algebra \(A\) is called left \(\phi\)-amenable iff there exists \(M\in A^{**}\) such that \[ aM=\phi(a)M,\quad M(\phi)=1, \forall a\in A. \] In the present paper, the authors study the structure of hypergroup algebras and its related Segal algebras using the value of some operators and technique of left \(\phi\)-amenability.
