This manuscript aims to provide a model to predict (re)infection transmission and herd immunity that is very important in human infectious disease management at the society or population level. In order to predict closely, basic human physiological function needs to be included in the modelling. For example, what could be the transmission rate and incubation period in awake time and sleep time, respectively? Similarly, what could be the transmission rate and incubation period in indoors time and outdoors time, respectively? Any clue about energy level as a variable in the model, too? What biomarkers in what volumes could also help predict in the modelling? Is this model setting only in a closed area without transportation to and from other countries? Are we talking about lockdowns, for how long? This manuscript needs to present in a few different scenarios as mentioned above to help indicate policy direction and options. Please re-model and re-calculate.
