Let \(\mathscr{R}\) be an associative ring with center \(\mathscr{Z(R)}\). Recall that a proper ideal \(\mathscr{P}\) of \(\mathscr{R}\) is said to be prime if for all \(a, b \in \mathscr{R}\), \(a\mathscr{R}b\subseteq \mathscr{P}\) implies that \(a\in \mathscr{P}\) or \(b\in \mathscr{P}\). Therefore, \(\mathscr{R}\) is called a prime ring if and only if \((0)\) is the prime ideal of \(\mathscr{R}\). \(\mathscr{R}\) is called a semiprime ring if for all \(a\in \mathscr{R}\), \(a\mathscr{R}a = (0)\) implies that \(a=0\). For all \(a,b\in \mathscr{R}\), the symbol \([a,b]\) will denote the commutator \(ab-ba,\) while the symbol \(a\circ b\) will stand for the anticommutator \(ab+ba\). A map \(\xi:\mathscr{R}\rightarrow \mathscr{R}\) is said to be derivation of a ring \(\mathscr{R}\) if \(\xi\) is additive and satisfies \(\xi(ab) = \xi(a)b + a\xi(b)\) for all \(a,b\in \mathscr{R}\). A map \(\mathscr{F}: \mathscr{R}\rightarrow \mathscr{R}\) is said to be generalized derivation of a ring \(\mathscr{R}\) with a derivation \(\xi\) if \(\mathscr{F}\) is additive and satisfies \(\mathscr{F}(ab) = \mathscr{F}(a)b + a\xi(b)\) for all \(a,b\in \mathscr{R}\). In this article, the authors focus on the generalized derivations to investigate the behaviour of prime ideal satisfying differential identities. In addition, they explore the structure of the quotient ring \(\mathscr{R/P}\). Also, they provide examples to counter their theorems.
