Let \(K\) be a field. Using the setting of Graded-Swiss-Cheese (GSC)-operads, one can describe \(\Lambda_V^{S_2}\) as the quotient of a tensor GSC operad by a certain operad ideal. It was known that if \(V\) is finite-dimensional then \(\Lambda_V^{S_2}\) is also a finite-dimensional graded vector space. In particular, it is known that if \(n > 2\dim_K(V)+1\), then \(\dim_K(\Lambda_V^{S_2}(n))=0\). It has been conjectured in [\textit{T. Pirashvili}, Ann. Sci. Éc. Norm. Supér. (4) 33, No. 2, 151--179 (2000; Zbl 0957.18004)] that if \(\dim_K(V_d)=d\), then \(\dim_K(\Lambda_{V_d}^{S_2}(2d+1)) = 1\). Using the correspondence between the related tensor operads and edge-partitions of complete graphs, the main result in this paper justifies this conjecture for the case when \(d=3\).
