A tangent space at a point in an Alexandrov space can be defined as the pointed-Gromov-Hausdorff limit of the blow-up of the space at the chosen point, whenever such limit exists. Based on the concepts of \(L^{\infty}\)-module and Sobolev functions, the first author defined the tangent module on a metric measure space in [Nonsmooth differential geometry -- an approach tailored for spaces with Ricci curvature bounded from below. Providence, RI: American Mathematical Society (AMS) (2018; Zbl 1404.53056)]. Inspired by the properties of \(\mathrm{RCD}^*(K,N)\) spaces, the authors introduce strongly \(\mathfrak{m}\)-rectifiable spaces and the Gromov-Hausdorff tangent bundle on it. The main result of the paper shows that, on a strongly \(\mathfrak{m}\)-rectifiable space whose associated Sobolev space is reflexive, there exists an embedding of the tangent module into the Gromov-Hausdorff tangent module which is the space of the \(L^2\)-sections of the Gromov-Hausdorff tangent bundle. The authors prove that the embedding is not surjective for a metric measure space that is a fat Cantor subset of \([0,1]\) equipped with the Euclidean distance and the restriction of the Lebesgue measure. However, the embedding is surjective for strongly \(\mathfrak{m}\)-rectifiable spaces, where the associated Sobolev space is reflexive and the minimal weak upper gradient of a Lipschitz function on it equals its Lipschitz constant almost everywhere. In the last part of the paper, the authors find the conditions to confirm that the fibers of the Gromov-Hausdorff tangent bundle are the pointed Gromov-Hausdorff limits of the rescaled spaces.
